How does payment work with your organization? |

A retainer is given by the client to Don Martin and Associates. The work performed is charged against the retainer and any balance is returned to the client.

Can you decide when the work is to be performed? |

Most definitely, you are in charge of the times of investigation and may decide to end the investigation at any time.

Is there a minimum charge? |

Yes there is a 2 hour minimum per occurrence, we cannot set aside an entire day to watch someone on a 30 minute lunch hour.

When does the time start? |

Time is figured from door to door, as does expenses and mileage.

How many investigators will work on my job? |
|

|
As many as you request, or are needed. You will be advised in advance. It often takes two investigators to successfully do surveillance because of traffic volume and special circumstances. You the client, would make that determination in advance.
